What could you try for the first time?

If there’s one thing I’ve always wanted to try for the first time, it would be solo travel.

The idea of packing a bag, choosing a destination, and setting out on a journey completely on my own feels both thrilling and terrifying.

I’ve often imagined what it would be like to wander through unfamiliar streets, taste new foods, meet strangers who become stories, and find myself somewhere between the sunrise and the map in my hand.

When you travel alone, there’s no one to rely on for decisions, no familiar voice to guide you, and no comfort zone to hide behind.

You learn to trust your instincts, to embrace silence, and to find strength in independence.

It’s an experience that teaches courage, patience, and self-awareness in ways everyday life cannot.

So why haven’t I done it yet? Maybe it’s fear — fear of getting lost, of being lonely, or of stepping too far away from the predictable routine I’ve built. But deep down, I know that comfort rarely leads to growth.

The first step into the unknown always feels uncertain, yet that’s where real change begins.

One day soon, I hope to take that leap — to board a train or plane with just my backpack and an open heart.

To let the world surprise me. To learn, to listen, to breathe freely in a place where no one knows my name.
