To enhance comfort in my daily routine, I rely on a few simple yet effective strategies.

I prioritize staying organized—keeping my workspace clean, planning my tasks, and breaking them into manageable steps reduces stress and improves productivity.

Creating a comfortable physical environment is important too. I use soothing colors, gentle lighting, and calming scents like lavender at home.
I also try to eat light, nutritious meals and stay hydrated throughout the day.
