How do you practice self-care?
Honestly, I struggle with self-care because of my busy work life. Between deadlines, responsibilities, and daily tasks, I often forget to take time for myself.
I know it’s important, but I keep pushing my needs aside, thinking I’ll catch up later. Some days, even simple things like rest, healthy meals, or quiet time feel like a luxury.
Deep down, I understand that caring for myself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. I’m trying to remind myself that even small steps count.
A few minutes of calm, a walk, or just pausing to breathe can be the beginning of better self-care, even on the busiest days.
